Preet Malik is a former diplomat who served in the Indian Foreign Service.  He was the Indian Ambassador to Myanmar from 1990-1992. He is a well known writer and has authored, ‘My Myanmar Years’ and ‘SIKKIM- A History of Intrigue and Alliance’.
