Jay Maniyar is a Researcher with National Maritime Foundation (NMF). He has been an Assistant Fellow at Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) and Research Fellow at Defence Research and Studies (DRaS). He is a member of Indo-Pacific Circle (IPC).
