Test of Administrative Capabilities: current times

I am sharing current thoughts in these times , after been lucky to recover with Family at most nick of time , having been able to get wife admitted , medicines administered & recovered just before this situation have gone uncontrolled But the trauma / stress I faced inside my small 2 BHK home while managing covid illness for myself , My wife who was moderately- severe effected , My 20% disabled mother who by God grace stayed Mild & all 3 of us co morbid & along with parenting our 3 & 1/2 year old child ! Never faced this type of tough times & while we recovering out of it with help of people friends neighbours & family around us & then seeing the helpless starting around , not able to arrange bed admissions for any friends . Have given total different perspective of situation .
Sudden chaos ! Suddenly we loosing controll ! Will not talk about any political thing here but in ground what was stoping the bureaucrat powers / IPS / IAS Administration to not have vision to plan or manage this past month ! I have been surprised where we as a society failed ! Education & Health with defence makes a Nation strong Nation . Last 10 years only been heard about defence changes but nothing about Education & Health infrastructure . Hearing incidence of ventilators lying Unused in Punjab & same time hearing many NGO’s coming up bed facilities in 2 days makes me wonder , where Co ordination is missing In our society or Administration ! I am sure we are capable of managing current situation but somehow we are missing due to lack of Co ordination , lack of reading the situation , I wonder might be political decision also , No visible life saving actions & above all accountability & ownership by one & all ! Be it political all parties / society , administrations / security establishments . Though not forgetting people helping fighting this pandemic are not visible to us as they are occupied in 24/7 ground work .

We as Society has to stand strong , come out of it because we are capable just we need to get our ACT together , Coordinate better , Support better decisions / focus in helping each other around us & be better aware not fall into mis info traps & Panic .

Above all question been ringing in my mind also why not ” A one Month Health emergency ! why not the Esteemed force of Nation made part of bringing Nation out of this !
Lastly lets not define this situation by numbers of deaths or infections . Saving each life is like saving 100 Families I feel ! Strong Health care steps are required every hour . Its time people dnt need to come out but authorities need to make sure they get every basic need at these times .
Of course Vaccination drive , forget again numbers or any records ! Can we just make sure basic need ” To protect life of every citizen vaccination of everyone to be ensured ”
My belief is our Army has the resources to help local administrations make this happen At fastest pace . After all they save our lives always , current situation demands emergency measures .
