Dr PVGS Jayaram is a retired Colonel and a technocrat with 27 years experience in  Strategic and operational Geospatial and Space domains. As Director future technologies at National Security Council Secretariat the officer handled national level space, telecom, geospatial and drone policies. He is currently creating metaverse products and collaborating actively to develop conversational and multi-modal AI applications.
