Pakistan got independence on 14 August 1947. It was growing at a commendable speed for many years but the internal politics and the change in there priorities changed everything for Pakistan.
First of all the internal divisions are very much dominant there. The Punjabi Sunnis are considered as a true Muslim there and others face discrimination. Deobandi’s there radicalised a number of people which in turn created a chaos there. Brutal killings of minorities in many parts and the inhuman behaviour with people living in Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan was a reason for internal clashes there
After Pakistan got independence, the history books there got changed and it tells that the base of the historical education there is a complete bogus.
Also since independence there have been 3 military coup in Pakistan which has affected the internal politics in Pakistan. The main focus of the military there have always been in the integral part of India i.e Kashmir and that have made the situation worse there. As they are spending their every penny to disturb Kashmir internally that is why Pakistan is in such poverty.
One of the reason for disturbance in many parts of Pakistan is due to the increasing influence of China there. China has been investing billions there and is taking advantage of the resources from many parts of Pakistan which belonged to the common public and that is why the public is not happy.
Pakistan since the early 90’s has been a home to terrorists and it is not only affecting the world but also affecting Pakistan. There are groups like Tehrik E Taliban which are doing everything to take power from the government. TTP is killing innocent people like what it did in Army school in Peshawar. So it is also a matter of concern for Pakistan.
The main focus of the current government there is not development or better facilities for the public, rather their main focus is on giving a fertile land to China for CPEC so that it could get more money to invest in disturbing the peace of Kashmir.
If this will remain as it is then there will be a threat for other countries in Asia too because in future many such groups like TTP will grow there and will be a threat for us. So these things should be taken seriously in order to save many lives.
Things have become worse after the Taliban gained power in Afghanistan. Due to there fear many Afghans are migrating to Pakistan which itself imposes a security threat for the country. Also, Taliban was not recognising the Durand line for a couple of months. After Taliban gained power in Afghanistan, there is a threat that TTP will try the same and for that it will kill innocents too. The remaining work is done by ISIS in Pakistan.
Pakistan ,since a long time is part of FATF grey list and this is destroying Pakistan’s economy day by day. They are not able to get loans even from world bank and due to that it is continuously taking loan from China and giving them their land.
Due to these things, the image of Pakistan is ruining. For example recently we saw that Saudi Arabia gave the loan of $3 billion to Pakistan and in their T&C said that it can take back the money whenever they wish and if Pakistan denies than they will take their assets. So this shows how countries are looking at Pakistan.
So if Pakistan wants to really grow then they should focus on what they have and they should not try to destabilize other nations as it is more harmful for itself.
